ICA50105 Diploma in Information Technology

The Integrity Business College (IBC) Diploma of Information Technology (General) Accredited Training Program is for anyone wishing to be assured of a successful career in Computer Servicing, Network Administration, Systems Administration and Systems Integration.

Qualifications

This qualification provides a participant the skills and core body of knowledge within these “highly regarded” (in demand) qualifications and prepares participants applying and sitting for the respective International Certification Examinations.

Prerequisites

Prerequisite units are units that need to be completed as a prerequisite of the Diploma of IT. These units are a balanced mix of Cert I, II, III & IV in IT. Completing these units ensures the participants have a good grounding in concepts and practice before embarking on the Diploma units.

The IBC qualifications delivered are Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCP/MCSA). The training program is relevant, practical, and hands on.

The program provides a foundation for further study towards MCSE, CCNP, CCIE, Network Security Specialist, or a University Degree.

Entry Requirements

The following units contain the basic fundamentals of ICT knowledge and skills for all qualifications at Certificate III in IT and above. These units or demonstrated equivalence are required for entry into this qualification:

To attain the ICA50105 Diploma of Information Technology (General) 21 units must be achieved:
