Integrity Business College Australasia Pty Ltd (IBC) is a Registered
Training Organisation (RTO),our provider number is 21739. We are
registered with the VRQA for delivering accredited training with
Victoria and have mutual recognition for delivery within other states
of Australia. We are also registered under the Workplace Relations Act
1996.
We acknowledge and are committed to protecting your privacy.
Some
of the information you have provided to us in our Enrolment Form are
personal and or sensitive details as defined by the Information Privacy
Act 2000 (“The Act”). IBC is required to collect this information by
the Government.
The information provided will not be disclosed to any third party.
Exceptions
to this rule are where IBC uses trainers in the provision of your
training, the employer, or when you are undertaking the “on the job”
component of your traineeship and Skills Victoria (“third parties”).
Such disclosure to government is required of IBC as a registered
training provider under the terms of the Performance Agreement we have
entered into with Skills Victoria.
You are able to access the information provided in this form by contacting our Privacy Officer.
You will be provided with a Privacy Statement to sign at induction.You have
complete control over your personal information. In general, you can
visit our web site without providing us with any personal information.
However, there are instances where we must have your personal
information in order for us to grant you an access to our protected and
secured sites. This information may include registration data (your
name, address, email address, phone number, title, etc.), information
request data and response data ("User Information"). When you receive
your confirmation email or when you receive any email from the list
server, you will be given instructions on how to remove yourself from
the list.
Use of User Information.
We
intend to use such information for purposes of supporting you and your
employers relationship with Integrity Business College by designing a web site
content that is suitable to your needs and alerting you to new product
and service offerings as they become available. This User Information
may be retained by Integrity Business College to verify compliance with the
agreement between Integrity Business College and your employer, to keep track of
the domains from which people visit us, to create a user profile to
better serve you and your employer, or to simply contact you either

will not use that information for such purpose. However, please do not
submit any User Information if you are less than 18 years of age.
